PROTOCOL FOR OPERATING BALLOONS AT THE TRACY AIRPORT (KTCY)
1. Launch only from the areas indicated on the attached map.
2. Bring only one vehicle per balloon to your launch site.
3. Use only the approved vehicle route, as indicated on the map, when driving beyond the inner gate of the airport.
4. Just before launching, broadcast your intention to launch on the KTCY CTAF/UNICOM frequency 123.075.
Include your N number and your location on the airport in your announcement.
